Region II Services includes three service-driven agencies—Southwest Area Training Services (McCook), South Central Developmental Services (Cozad), and North Platte Opportunity Center (North Platte and Ogallala). We support people in pursuing their goals, honoring their choices, and building independence—helping each person create a meaningful life within their community.
Rooted in a legacy started by parents and advocates more than 50 years ago, Region II continues to focus on what matters most: helping individuals grow, learn, work, and connect with others while honoring what “living their best life” looks like for each person.
Supported Employment services assist with job exploration, securing paid work, and job coaching to help you succeed and thrive on the job.
Residential services support individuals in living as independently as possible through options like Independent Living, Continuous Residential, Respite Care, and Shared Living.
Weekday supports are provided through our Day Center hub and in the community, tailored to your goals and interests through skill-building, social connection, volunteering, and meaningful activities.
Transportation services help individuals travel to and from waiver services and daily activities such as getting from a Day Center Hub to home, or to and from work.
